GLAZE RECIPES

Festive Roast

We love cooking our Everyday Roast in these glaze recipes!

Ingredients: 

• Easy Maple Glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

• Lemon Thyme Glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 8 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Pinch salt and pepper

• Garlic Dijon Glaze
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

Whisk together with a fork until all the ingredients are combined and it's ready to put on your roast before cooking!
