Serves 4-5 people
Seitan Flour (wheat), Mushrooms, Onions, Water, Cannellini Beans, Celery, Pearl Barley, Chestnuts (4.2%), Dijon Mustard, Rapeseed Oil, Dried Cranberries, Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Black pepper, Herbs
Preheat the oven to 180°c or 350° f.
Remove the Festive Roast from the vacuum pack. Place the roast upside-down on a tray (a bread tin also works well) and baste all of the roast with half of the glaze. For details on the glaze recipe, click here.
Cover loosely with tin foil and place in the preheated oven. After 25 mins, flip the roast over and baste with the remaining glaze. Cook for another 25-30 mins with the tin foil remaining in place.
Total cooking time is 50 - 55 mins.
